A school, not a shrine.
Smart in Bed is an 18+ online school that teaches sexual technique through anatomy, measured feedback and step-by-step practice.
It exists because of a simple observation: sex is one of the very few skills adults are expected to be good at without ever being taught. The available teachers are porn, which is built to be watched, and wellness content, which is built to be felt. Neither is built to be learned from.
What we do differently
We ask the receiver. Every technique is narrated by the person on the receiving end, in real time. That is the only measurable source of truth in this subject, and it is oddly absent from every other course.
We teach beginners on camera. You will not learn by watching a professional. You will learn by watching someone like you get corrected, adjust, and improve. So that is what we film.
We treat it like a skill. Anatomy, pressure, rhythm, timing, communication. Things you can practise. We leave the spirituality to people who are better at it.
Who is behind this
Smart in Bed is run by an analyst who spent a career measuring what works in fields where everyone else was guessing, and got tired of the same guessing in the one field that actually affects people’s relationships. The instructors are experienced performers. The students are volunteers who had never done this before. Everyone is an adult, everyone is paid, everyone signed off on being here.
House rules
- 18+ only, no exceptions, no winks.
- If we cannot show it, measure it or explain the anatomy behind it, we do not teach it.
- Nobody on camera is anonymous to us. Everyone on camera can be anonymous to you.
- Educational, not medical. If something hurts, see a clinician, not a course.
